MD Finishing — Building Futures

Finishing for your home

From a water ring on the dining table to a full redecoration, we look after the finishes in your home with the same care we bring to new developments.

Working in your home

  • Your home is protected

Floors, furniture and surrounding surfaces are covered and masked before any work starts.

  • We keep it tidy

Work areas are kept clean and cleared at the end of each day.

  • We're honest about smell and drying

Some finishes smell while they dry. We'll tell you beforehand, ventilate, and suggest lower-odour options where they suit.

  • We plan around you

We agree the timing with you, and work room by room where that helps you keep using your home.

Send photos for a quick answer

For most small jobs, a few good photos tell us enough to give you an idea of what’s involved, before anyone visits.

Tips for useful photos

  • One close-up of the damage or the surface
  • One wider shot, so we can see the whole piece or room
  • Daylight if possible, without the flash
  • A coin or tape measure in shot to show the size

How it works

  1. Tell us about the job

Send photos and a short description, or drawings and a schedule for larger projects. A quick call works too.

  2. We assess it

Smaller jobs can often be assessed from photos. For larger or more complex work we arrange a site visit.

  3. You get a written quote

It sets out the scope, the finish, the timing and what the price includes, so there are no surprises.

  4. We do the work

Surfaces are protected before we start, the finish is checked with you, and the area is left clean.

Common questions

Why don't you publish prices?

Every job is different: the size, the material, its condition and access all change the work involved. Send us photos or details and we'll explain what affects the price and give you a written quote.

How do I get a quote?

Send photos and a short description through the quote form or WhatsApp, or call us on 07901 126571. Small jobs can often be assessed from photos. For larger work we'll arrange a site visit.

Which areas do you cover?

We're based in East London and work across London and the South East. If you're not sure we cover you, send us your postcode.

Do you work for homeowners as well as contractors?

Yes. We work for main contractors, developers, fit-out companies, hotels and businesses, and directly for homeowners.

Tell us about your project

Send a few photos or your drawings and we'll come back with a clear quote.

We aim to reply to every enquiry within one working day.
