About MD Finishing
MD Finishing is a specialist finishing contractor based in East London. We bring the finishing trades together: decorating, French polishing, wallcoverings, stone and glass polishing, resurfacing, spray coating and repairs. The last and most visible layer of a building is done properly, by one team.
How we work
Preparation first
Most finishes fail because of what's underneath. We take the time to prepare surfaces properly.
The finish is agreed in advance
Where colour and sheen matter, samples are approved before the work starts.
Repair before replace
If something can be repaired well, we'll say so. It's usually quicker and cheaper than replacing, and it wastes less.
Protected, tidy work areas
Finished surfaces around us are protected, and we leave the area clean.
Straight answers
Clear quotes, honest advice about what's achievable, and updates as the work goes on.

Building Futures
Our tagline is about the buildings we help finish: new homes, hotels and offices that are ready for the people who will use them, and older buildings we help keep in good order for years to come.
